Important Information

Where do I pick up my tickets?

Tickets are delivered electronically as a PDF to the email address used during purchase.

A mobile wallet pass will also be provided and can be added to your Apple Wallet or mobile device for quick entry.

⚠️ Important:
Each ticket may only be scanned once for entry. Do not share your ticket with others.

What does my ticket include?

General Admission Tickets Include:

  • Live music performances

  • Food and shopping access from various vendors

  • 1 Festival Wine Glass (with valid ID)

  • Complimentary wine tastings from participating vendors

Tent Ticket Packages Include:

  • Reserved 10x10 shaded tent space

  • 1 Festival Wine Glass per guest (with valid ID)

  • Complimentary wine tastings from participating vendors

  • Live music performances

  • Access to food and retail vendors

Ticket Refund Policy

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL

No refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be issued.
 

Festival organizers reserve the right to refuse service or deny entry to any individual.

Festival Rules

Absolutely NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are permitted on festival grounds. Any outside alcohol discovered during security screening will be confiscated and entry may be denied without refund. 

  • Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase from authorized vendors throughout the festival. Please note that all alcoholic beverages purchased onsite must remain within the festival grounds and may not be taken off the premises. Failure to comply with this policy may result in removal from the event.

Additional Rules:

  • Guests must be 21 years of age or older to enter the festival grounds.

  • No pets allowed (service animals permitted where applicable).

  • No drones or aerial devices of any kind.

  • No grills, warming plates, open flames, gas-powered devices, chafing dishes, burners, hookahs, or similar equipment.

  • No solicitation of any kind unless authorized by event organizers.

  • No weapons of any kind permitted

What can I bring into the festival?

Guests are welcome to bring the following items to enhance their festival experience:

  • Blankets or portable chairs 

  • Food coolers and non-alcoholic beverages in sealed containers

  • Sun umbrellas

  • Personal shade tents are permitted; however, space is limited and availability will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests bringing their own tents must ensure they are properly secured with weights and anchors. Festival staff reserves the right to deny placement if space has reached capacity or if a tent poses a safety concern.

Security Screening & Conduct Policy
All guests, bags, coolers, containers, and personal belongings are subject to search and security screening upon entry. By entering the festival grounds, guests consent to reasonable security measures, including bag inspections and personal screening conducted by event security personnel.
Event organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual from the festival or premises for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe conduct

  • Intoxication or impairment

  • Possession of prohibited items

  • Refusal to comply with security screening procedures

  • Violation of festival rules, policies, or staff instructions

Guests who are denied entry or removed from the event for any reason related to policy violations will not be eligible for a refund.

Parking Information

Parking will be available in designated areas near the festival grounds. Please note that all parking is controlled and managed by Rosecroft Raceway.

  • Parking Fee: $10 (cash) or $15 (credit/debit) per vehicle

  • Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis

  • Please follow parking attendants and posted signage upon arrival

  • We encourage guests to carpool or use rideshare services (Uber/Lyft)

 

Event organizers are not responsible for vehicles left overnight.
